1) Wake up during the program: -

4) Keep hydrated: -

            Experts generally recommend drinking 8 glasses of water a day, but if you find it difficult, try to drink 6 glasses of water a day. Drinking enough water every day is important for a number of reasons: controlling the internal temperature, keeping the joints hydrated, preventing contamination by moving the fixings into the cells, and keeping the organs functioning properly. Getting water in space also works on your level of comfort, focus and temperament. Water binds with your equation, reduces your body weight and makes your skin glow. You can also try coconut water.


5) Have dinner on time: -

               If possible, create a timetable for your day. Take your breakfast, immediately in the first half of the day, with lunch and dinner and follow it carefully. For example, if you do not have s *** in your body, you will not be able to maintain the structure of your stomach. How long you eat your food also determines your processing. As the day progresses, your absorption returns. Along these lines, your dinner should be at 8 p.m. Fresh so you can undoubtedly weigh in.
